Minister Javed Ahmed Rana Visits Dr. Javaid Rahi’s Residence to Offer Condolences on the Passing of Babu Noor Muhammad Noor

POONCH, JAMMU & KASHMIR — April 6, 2026:- Javed Ahmed Rana, the Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment, and Tribal Affairs, visited the residence of Dr. Javaid Rahi, Secretary of Kala Kendra, in Poonch today to offer his heartfelt condolences following the passing of Dr. Rahi’s father, Babu Noor Muhammad Noor.

During his visit, the Minister expressed profound grief over the loss of a personality he described as a pillar of wisdom and humility. He highlighted the late Babu Noor Muhammad Noor’s significant role as a custodian of the cultural richness of the Gujjar-Bakerwal tribe, noting that his departure marks the end of an era for the community.

Extending his deepest sympathies to the bereaved family, Minister Rana spent time offering support and sharing in their grief during this difficult period.

He offered prayers for the eternal peace of the departed soul and sought divine strength and patience for the family to bear what he termed an irreparable loss.
