DEHRADUN, Feb 19, 2026 – During a high-profile visit to the Indian Military Academy, Lt Gen Manoj Kumar Katiyar, Army Commander of the Western Command, delivered a powerful address to Gentlemen Cadets, reinforcing the critical importance of discipline, honor, and the Indian Army’s ethos of selfless service.
