Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla expresses grief over Kishtwar cloudburst tragedy

New Delhi 14th August :- Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives due to a devastating cloudburst in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Birla extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased and prayed for the departed souls. “The loss of lives in the Kishtwar cloudburst is extremely tragic,” he wrote. He also wished for strength for the grieving families and a speedy recovery for those injured in the calamity. Authorities are currently assessing the damage and conducting relief operations in the affected region.
