LG Manoj Sinha Administers Oath to Shantmanu as New State Election Commissioner of Jammu and Kashmir
SRINAGAR, JAMMU & KASHMIR, Feb 21, 2026 — In a high-profile ceremony held at Lok Bhavan, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha formally administered the oath of office to Shantmanu as the new State Election Commissioner (SEC) of Jammu and Kashmir.
