Jammu 06 September :-The University of Jammu’s J&K SET Office has issued an important advisory for all candidates registered for the JKSET/LASET 2024-25 examination, scheduled for Sunday, September 7, 2025. Applicants are strongly advised to arrive in their designated examination cities at least one day in advance to mitigate any last-minute travel complications.
In a special provision, candidates who are unable to reach their allotted city due to road blockades may seek permission to appear at the nearest available examination center. Such requests require prior approval from the JKSET Agency and must be submitted via email to jujksetcell@jammuuniversity.ac.in. The advisory, dated September 6, 2025, and signed by the Member Secretary of SET, aims to ensure all eligible candidates can take the exam without undue hardship.
