Addressing a high-profile promotional gala in the national capital alongside Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, the Chief Minister revealed a strategic roadmap to broaden the region’s appeal far beyond its traditional hotspots. To provide fresh experiences for international and domestic travelers, the government has identified nine emerging destinations and is developing specialized new tourism circuits that highlight the Union Territory’s spiritual depth, rugged landscapes, and vibrant cultural heritage.
Reflecting on past administrative challenges, Abdullah emphasized that the government has learned vital lessons regarding accessibility and is now focused on building a resilient, responsive ecosystem.
