Udhampur 15 September :- Jammu and Kashmir Ex-Services League (JKESL) District Udhampur, led by NK Dalbir Singh Bhatyal and Sub Karnail Singh, distributed dry rations to 10 families in Rakh Thanoa.
The families, whose homes were damaged due to recent rains and floods, received much-needed support.Notably, 8 of these families are currently residing in a school building, while 2 families are taking shelter in a Panchayat home.
The JKESL team, comprising Capt Sat Paul, Hav Sham Singh, Nk Sanjay Kumar, Sub Jog Raj Singh, and Hav Kuldeep Singh, worked tirelessly to ensure the successful distribution of relief materials.
The families were identified with the help of SI Sobe Ram (Retd Police) and Insp Govind Singh Jamwal (Retd CRPF), who played a crucial role in reaching out to those in need.This initiative is part of the ongoing “Operation Rahat” efforts by JKESL Udhampur to support communities affected by natural disasters.
