Jammu Hosts Mega Cancer Conclave 2026: Experts Discuss Latest Advancements in Oncology

JAMMU, April 12, 2026— A significant milestone in regional cancer research was achieved with the successful conclusion of the “Update in Oncology (Clinical Updates on Common Cancers)” session held in Jammu. Jointly organized by Shyam Aggarwal, Chairman and HOD of Medical Oncology at SGRH-Delhi, and Deepak Bharti, Senior Consultant in Medical and Hemato-Oncology at SMVDNSH-Katra, the event was held in collaboration with Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.

The conclave served as a vital platform for leading oncologists and healthcare professionals to explore cutting-edge breakthroughs in the diagnosis and management of prevalent malignancies.The scientific program, meticulously curated by Deepak Bharti, focused on the transition toward precision oncology and evidence-based treatment paradigms.
