Inter-District Drug Peddler Arrested with Heroin in Rehambal by Udhampur Police

Udhampur, September 21:Police party of Police Station Rehambal led by its SHO, while conducting routine naka checking at Naka point Phalata, intercepted a vehicle bearing registration number HR72A/5700 driven by Mohd. Arif S/o Mohd. Ayub R/o Birshella, District Doda.

On thorough search, 15.67 grams of heroin-like substance was recovered from the possession of the accused (driver), who was arrested on the spot.In this regard a Case FIR No. 145/2025 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Rehambal. Further investigation is in progress.
