GANDHINAGAR, FEB 07, 2026 — In a strategic move to deepen the framework of military-civil fusion, Lt Gen DS Kushwah, PVSM, AVSM, SM, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the MG & G Area, held high-level meetings with top Gujarat state officials. The GOC called on Shri Manoj Kumar Das, IAS, Chief Secretary of the Government of Gujarat, and Dr. K. L. N. Rao, IPS, Director General of Police (DGP) Gujarat, to reinforce structured synergy between the armed forces and the state administration. These discussions centered on fostering a “strong convergence of institutions,” ensuring that both military and civil authorities remain aligned on national security, emergency preparedness, and regional stability.
