SECUNDERABAD, TELANGANA — January 24, 2026 :- In a significant move to bolster national security readiness, Lieutenant General Rajesh Pushkar, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the prestigious Kharga Corps, delivered a high-level strategic address at the College of Defence Management (CDM).
