Indian Army Intensifies Relief Operations at Chisoti Village, Begins Bridge Construction

Kishtwar 17th August :- In continuation with relief operations at Chisoti Village, the troops of the Indian Army’s White Knight Corps have ramped up rescue and relief efforts to assist affected residents.

Engineer Bridging Teams, along with specialized equipment, have commenced the construction of a bridge at Chisoti Nala to restore connectivity disrupted by recent calamities. Once completed, the bridge will facilitate faster evacuation and smoother movement of essential supplies in close coordination with civil agencies.

Indian Army officials at various levels are closely monitoring the relief operations on the ground, ensuring efficient execution. The collaborative efforts between the Army and civilian agencies are focused on maximizing life-saving measures and providing immediate relief to those in distress.

This synergistic approach underscores the commitment to mitigating hardships and accelerating recovery in the flood-hit region.
