NEW DELHI, Feb 15, 2026 — To commemorate the auspicious Raising Day of the Corps of Signals, a solemn Wreath Laying Ceremony was held at the National War Memorial (NWM) to honor the legacy of the Indian Army’s communication wing.
Lieutenant General Vivek Dogra, Signal Officer-in-Chief (SO-in-C), led the proceedings by laying a floral wreath and paying heartfelt homage to the bravehearts on behalf of all ranks of the Corps of Signals.
