Indian Army Foils Infiltration Attempt Along Line of Control in Sunderbani Sector​

SUNDERBANI | February 19, 2026 — Alert troops of the Indian Army’s White Knight Corps successfully thwarted a major infiltration bid by terrorists in the early hours of Thursday along the Line of Control (LoC).

Based on precise intelligence inputs and sustained electronic surveillance, suspicious movement was detected in the rugged terrain of the Nathua Tibba area. Responding with “swift and calibrated fire,” the army effectively neutralized the threat and forced the intruders to retreat, preventing a breach of the border.​
