India Dispatches 2.5 Tons of Emergency Medical Aid to Kabul
NEW DELHI, March 20, 2026 – Demonstrating its commitment to humanitarian assistance, India has delivered a 2.5-ton consignment of life-saving medical supplies to Kabul to support victims of the heinous attack that occurred on March 16.
The emergency relief package, which includes essential medicines, medical disposables, specialized kits, and critical equipment, is aimed at ensuring the swift recovery of those injured in the recent violence.
Randhir Jaiswal, the Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of External Affairs, confirmed the delivery today, noting that the supplies are intended to bolster the immediate response capabilities of local medical facilities.India’s proactive response underscores its long-standing policy of standing in solidarity with the Afghan people during times of crisis.
