Udhampur 13th August :- In a heartwarming ceremony held at the Jammu and Kashmir Ex-Services League Office in Udhampur, Padma Shri Dr. S.P. Varma, Vice President of Gandhi Global Family and renowned peace activist and social worker, honored Nk Dalbir Singh Bhatyal, Vice President of Indian Ex-Services League and Jammu and Kashmir Ex-Services League.
