GWALIOR, February 3, 2026 — The Gwalior skyline has been transformed by the installation of a majestic 54-foot high mast Tricolour, a monumental symbol of national pride and unwavering patriotism.
The flag was officially inaugurated by Major General Anindya Choudhury, General Officer Commanding of the Shahbaaz Division, as a timeless tribute to the valor, sacrifice, and indomitable spirit of Indian Army bravehearts, veterans, and active sentinels.
Undertaken in collaboration with the Flag Foundation of India, this initiative operates under the ethos of “Nation Above All, Now and Forever,” aiming to inspire regional unity and strengthen the resolve of the citizens.
By placing this grand national symbol in a prominent location, the Indian Army seeks to foster a deeper connection between the military and civil society while serving as a permanent reminder of the sacrifices made to protect the country’s sovereignty.
