Rajouri 18 December :- In a significant push toward grassroots empowerment, Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, has announced the launch of the week-long ‘Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore’ campaign, scheduled to run from December 19 to December 25.
During a press conference today, the Deputy Commissioner revealed that the district administration has planned 43 specialized public service and grievance redressal camps across various blocks and tehsils. This initiative, organized as part of Good Governance Week, is designed to bridge the gap between the government and the governed, focusing on the immediate resolution of pending issues and strengthening last-mile service delivery for the residents of Rajouri.
The campaign offers a comprehensive “one-stop shop” for citizens, featuring on-the-spot services from banks, Common Service Centres (CSCs), and Aadhaar registration units. Beyond grievance redressal, the camps will serve as hubs for awareness and the immediate implementation of various flagship government schemes.
To ensure transparency and efficiency, the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) will monitor the campaign’s progress. Deputy Commissioner Sharma emphasized that a detailed calendar has been shared in advance to encourage maximum public participation.
He also reminded citizens that those unable to attend in person can still register their concerns via the JK Samadhan portal, ensuring that no voice goes unheard during this intensive week of public service.
