GOC White Knight Corps Reviews Kishtwar Security After Elimination of Top JeM Commander,Commends Troops for Neutralizing Terrorists in Kishtwar

Kishtwar , Feb 23 :- In a major breakthrough for counter-terrorism efforts in the region, the Indian Army’s White Knight Corps successfully eliminated three Pakistan-sponsored terrorists, including a high-ranking Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) commander, during a high-stakes operation in the Kishtwar hinterland.

Following the successful mission, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the White Knight Corps, accompanied by the GOC CIF(D), visited several key locations across Kishtwar to review ongoing security measures and counter-insurgency strategies. The visit highlighted the military’s proactive stance in maintaining stability and neutralizing threats within the rugged terrain of the Jammu division.

During the operational review, the GOC commended the troops for their exceptional execution of “swift, precise, and intelligence-led” actions. The elimination of the top JeM commander is viewed as a significant blow to the terror infrastructure in the area, disrupting planned activities and dismantling local leadership. The Army emphasized that these results were the product of relentless surveillance and coordinated efforts between various security agencies, ensuring that the hinterland remains secure from foreign-backed infiltration and militancy.

Reaffirming their “unwavering commitment to safeguard the Nation,” the White Knight Corps stated that their units remain resolute and relentless in their pursuit of peace.
