Jammu 17 October :- Gulchain Singh Charak, Former J&K Minister & President of Dogra Sadar Sabha, is no more.
His demise marks the end of an era of dedicated public service in Jammu and Kashmir.
He was known for his contributions to public service and his role as President of Dogra Sadar Sabha.
