EXPA Cadet Program Sparks Mindset Transformation at Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Camp

JAMMU, January 17, 2026 — The EXPA CADET Program, held during the fourth day of the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Camp, delivered a transformative two-day experiential journey for Senior Division and Senior Wing cadets from the Rajasthan and Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh Directorates.

Organized by the NCC Directorate of Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh, the initiative utilized a team of 10 expert trainers to move beyond conventional textbook learning. The intensive 10-hour program was designed to ignite self-confidence and leadership, shifting cadets from passive observers to active ambassadors of change through dynamic and immersive sessions.

The program emphasized real-life relevance and hands-on activities, encouraging participants to step out of their comfort zones to master public speaking, decision-making, and time management. By fostering a collaborative environment in smaller groups, the trainers helped introverted students find their voices and encouraged shy individuals to assume leadership roles.

Ultimately, the EXPA program served as a “metamorphosis in motion,” equipping the next generation of youth with the resilience and critical-thinking skills necessary to lead with creativity and self-belief.
