DEHRADUN, February 25, 2026 — In a heartfelt tribute to inclusive care, Lieutenant General Anindya Sengupta, GOC-in-C of the Central Command, and Ruchira Sengupta, Regional President of the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA), visited the ASHA School at Birpur Cantt, Dehradun.
