Jammu 11 August :- Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Har Ghar Tiranga initiative, Dr. Bhishm Dubey, DSP in Jammu and Kashmir Police currently posted as SDPO Katra in Reasi District, Jammu and Kashmir, achieved a remarkable feat by leading an ascent to Kousarnag Lake—a stunning high-altitude water body located at 15,354 feet in Kulgam district. The expedition, part of the Kousarnag Yatra, reached its climax on August 10, 2025.
In a poignant tribute to India’s Independence Day, Dr. Dubey and escorting officers waves the Indian National flag with pride over this magnificent lake. Their patriotic act was a colorful celebration under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign that mobilizes all citizens to hoist the national flag, redounding unity, pride, and the sense of nationhood even at the most remote pinnacles of the nation. This outstanding exhibition of faith and leadership highlighted the long-standing rapport between people and the tricolor, reinforcing the program’s message from mountain tops to each and every home.
