Udhampur 12 September :- Police team from Police Station Rehambal led by its SHO, during patrolling duty apprehended one person who is roaming suspiciously.Upon search, a transparent polypack containing 2.79 grams (including polypack) of heroin-like narcotic substance was recovered from his possession who has been arrested on spot.
The arrested person has been identified as Vivek Chaudhary S/o Raj Kumar Chaudhary R/o Rehambal, Tehsil & District Udhampur.In this connection, a case FIR No. 138/2025 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Rehambal and further investigation is underway.
