DODA, February 02, 2026: In a heartfelt ceremony at the District Police Lines (DPL), the Doda Police accorded a warm farewell to 25 Sub-Inspectors (PSIs) following their transfer to new administrative assignments.
Presided over by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sandeep Mehta, the event brought together officers and personnel of all ranks to honor the departing officers for their years of dedicated service. The gathering celebrated the deep professional bonds and camaraderie shared within the force, acknowledging the resilience and commitment displayed by the Sub-Inspectors during their tenure in the hilly district.
Addressing the personnel, SSP Sandeep Mehta lauded the outgoing officers for their professionalism and pivotal role in maintaining law and order, crime control, and community policing. He emphasized that their tireless efforts in ensuring public safety under challenging circumstances have significantly strengthened the region’s security apparatus and fostered public trust.
