DC Bandipora Finalizes Arrangements for ‘Prashasan Gaon Ki Or’ Week to Enhance Grassroots Service Delivery
Bandipora 18 December :-Deputy Commissioner Bandipora chaired a high-level meeting today to review and finalize preparations for the “Prashasan Gaon Ki Or” Week, which is set to begin on December 19 across the district. The initiative aims to bring the administration directly to the doorsteps of rural residents, focusing on the swift redressal of public grievances and the efficient delivery of government services.
The Deputy Commissioner instructed all departments to organize dedicated camps at the grassroots level, emphasizing that the primary objective is to ensure that the benefits of various welfare schemes reach the intended beneficiaries in a transparent, time-bound, and impactful manner.
To ensure the success of the program, the district administration has established a robust monitoring framework. Sub-Divisional Magistrates have been tasked with the close supervision of activities within their jurisdictions, while the Programme Officer, ICDS, will head the District Level Monitoring Committee to review daily progress reports.
The Deputy Commissioner underscored the need for seamless coordination among various departments to maximize outreach and public satisfaction. By focusing on key performance parameters and the strategic deployment of resources, the administration intends to make this week a benchmark for effective governance and result-oriented public service in Bandipora.
