CRPF Jawans rescue labourers and students amid rising floodwaters in Jammu

Jammu 26 August :- In a swift and courageous rescue operation, personnel of 24 Bn CRPF successfully rescued around 15–20 frightened labourers who were trapped in an under-construction building on the bank of Tawi river flowing over the danger mark in Jammu. In a parallel effort, the other team of 24 Bn CRPF also came to the aid of students stranded in the flooded campus of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST), Jammu.

The timely intervention of the CRPF not only averted a potential tragedy but also highlighted its unwavering commitment to public safety and disaster response.
