JAMMU, FEB 8, 2026 — General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), visited the Counter Insurgency Force (Romeo) under the aegis of White Knight Corps to conduct a comprehensive review of the prevailing security situation and operational preparedness.
