CISF K9 Squad Secures Multiple Medals at 69th All India Police Duty Meet in Nagpur

NAGPUR April 4, 2026 — The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) K9 units demonstrated exceptional skill and discipline at the 69th All India Police Duty Meet (2025–26) held in Nagpur, Maharashtra, securing a flurry of prestigious awards on the national stage.

Highlighting the elite training of the force’s canine wing, K9 Jaguar from the CISF Unit at IOC Barauni delivered a standout performance, clinching the Gold Medal in the Retrieve Event and a Silver Medal in the Seek/Find Event.

This double victory underscores the precision and reliability of the unit’s tracking and retrieval capabilities in high-stakes environments.In addition to Jaguar’s success, K9 Rockey (BSD/M) from the CISF Unit DMRC Delhi earned significant accolades for explosive detection and area security.

K9 Rockey secured a Silver Medal in the Ground Search category and was further honored as the Overall Best Explosive Detection K9 (Silver). These achievements reflect the profound synergy and rigorous training shared between the handlers and their K9 partners.

By consistently winning glory at national competitions, the CISF continues to reinforce its commitment to operational excellence and the vital role of specialized canine units in safeguarding India’s critical infrastructure.
