Jammu:25-08-2025: A meeting of the BTSM was held in Kokarnag, Srinagar, following consultations with Dr. Vivek Sharma, the President of J&K and Leh UT. During the meeting, Abdul Majeed from Srinagar, who is in charge of BTSM, addressed the activists and stated that the work of BTSM is present in every nook and corner of the Srinagar region.
He further noted that BTSM is operating like a mission and announced the districts and constituency representatives of BTSM from Srinagar.During the meeting, Abdul Majjed Sheikh, who oversees the Kashmir Division, made several announcements regarding new appointments.
Milada Bano has been appointed as the District President of the Anantnag Women’s Wing. – Mohd. Abbas Tantray has been nominated as the District Vice President for Anantnag District, while Rayees Ahmad Khan will serve as the District Secretary. – Mohd. Yasir Hajam is now the President of the Kokernag Constituency.
Additionally, Suhail Mushtaq and Mr. Mohsin Elahe Zargar have been appointed as the President and Vice President of Kulgam District, respectively. – Muzfar Ahmad Rather has been named the President of the Doru Anantnag Constituency..
Dr. Vivek Sharma the president of J&K and Ladakh UT has announced the appointment of Abdul Majeed Sheikh (who is in charge of the Kashmir Division) as the Vice President of BTSM for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh UT. Mushtaq Ahmad Khandey, who serves as co-in-charge of the Kashmir Division, has been nominated as the Secretary for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh UT. Additionally, Rajinder Sadotra has been appointed as the General Secretary of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh UT and will oversee the women’s wing of BTSM.
Dr. Vivek Sharma congratulates all the newly nominated office bearers and hopes they will prove to be valuable assets in strengthening the party. Vivek Sharma stated that China acts ruthlessly, prioritising its own interests over those of other nations. He noted that the BTSM is dedicated to the mission of liberating Tibet and securing freedom for the Kailash Manasarovar.
He affirmed that the BTSM aims to unite the people of India for this vital cause.Further, he said that a day will surely come when Tibet and Kailash Mansarovar will be liberated by the efforts of the Bharat Tibet Sahyog Manch, as well as India will be secured from the point of view of security.
