JAMMU, Jan 23, 2026 — The Border Security Force (BSF) Jammu has officially announced the postponement of the ongoing recruitment process for Constable/Tradesman positions scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2026.

According to a statement released on X (formerly Twitter), the physical and administrative tests held at the Shaheed Veer Dev Stadium, Paloura Camp, have been delayed due to inclement weather conditions and unforeseen administrative exigencies.
In an effort to prioritize candidate welfare and ensure a fair testing environment, the BSF authorities have rescheduled the evaluation.
Candidates who were originally invited to appear on January 24, 2026, are now directed to report to the same venue on February 6, 2026.
This decision was taken to prevent any inconvenience to the aspirants traveling from various parts of the region during the current spell of bad weather.
The BSF Jammu administration has advised all concerned applicants to take note of the new date and plan their arrival accordingly. All other terms, conditions, and documentation requirements for the recruitment drive remain unchanged.
