Assam Rifles and CISF Hold Joint Security Exercise at Agartala Airport
AGARTALA, TRIPURA — In a strategic move to fortify the security of critical infrastructure, the Assam Rifles of India Army successfully conducted a comprehensive multi-agency training exercise at “Maharaja Bir Bikram Airport” in Agartala.
Carried out in close coordination with the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), the drill focused on enhancing the collective preparedness and rapid response capabilities of security agencies stationed at the terminal.
The exercise served as a platform for Assam Rifles personnel to share specialized expertise in tactical security drills and contingency response protocols.
By simulating various emergency scenarios, the participating units were able to refine their inter-agency synergy and streamline communication channels.
