Udhampur 23 September :- The All India Dogra Foundation Society celebrated the 130th birth anniversary of Dogra ruler Maharaja Hari Singh Ji with a function at the society’s office. The ceremony was centered on shedding light on the late Maharaja’s life and work, where his role in making possible the accession of Jammu and Kashmir to the Government of India was stressed.
His legacy of secular rule and his steadfast belief in taking all communities, castes, and religions together were stressed by speakers at the event. The ceremony was graced by the founder of the society, Ranjit Singh Katoch, Chairman Rakesh Khajuria, Vice-President Kuldeep Singh, and other key members and workers such as Ashok Jambal and Joginder Singh, who offered tributes to the visionary leader.
