Kathua 13 November :- To review the anti-infiltration grid in the present security scenario , SSP Kathua Mohita Sharma, IPS accompanied by SP(Operations) Mukund Tibrewal , IPS , DSP(Ops) Pushpa and other officers visited Outpost Soffain in Police Station Rajbagh.
During the visit, SSP Kathua interacted with SOG personnel ,reviewed SOG camp Infrastructure, and took stock of arms & other ancillary equipments available with the force. Given the challenging terrain, She emphasized the need to conduct frequent mock drills, Long range patrols and Cordon & Search Operations (CASO) so as to improve operational preparedness of force.
SSP directed all officers to maintain close surveillance on all Over ground workers (OGWs) , increase police public connect and keep close watch on weather induced migratory activities.
SSP Kathua reiterated that Kathua Police is committed to maintaining peace and security across the district and that there will be no leniency towards any anti-national elements.
