Ananatnag 12 November :- Security review meeting was convened today on at Range Police Headquarters Anantnag under the chairmanship of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, South Kashmir Range.
The meeting was attended by DIsG Ops CRPF Anantnag /Awantipora, Nodal officers of CRPF, all District SSsP of SKR and representative of IB.The discussions focused on the prevailing security scenario in South Kashmir, particularly in the aftermath of the recent terrorist incident.
Detailed assessments were made regarding emerging threats, winter security preparedness, and coordinated response strategies.
During the meeting emphasis was laid on maintaining seamless synergy among all security forces, enhancing intelligence sharing, and ensuring heightened vigilance and proactive measures on the ground.The meeting concluded with a reaffirmed commitment by all agencies to work in close coordination to ensure peace, public safety, and overall security across South Kashmir Range.
