Jammu, November 02 :- Continuing its drive against illegal smuggling of forest produce, Jhajjar Kotli Police during patrolling in the Domail area on 02-11-2025 made a significant seizure.During checking,an auto bearing registration number JK20C/8739 was found loaded with illegally transported Khair wood. The vehicle was immediately seized on the spot.
On this, the Range Officer of the Forest Department was informed for taking necessary action under the provisions of the Forest Act.The seized Khair wood and the auto have been handed over to the Forest Department for further legal proceedings.
