Run for unity on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Divas held in JK’s Kathua

Kathua 31 October :- In Order to celebrate Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) J&k Police Kathua in collaboration with District Civil Administration Kathua organised “Run for Unity“ from District Police Line Kathua  towards Tangri Cafe , Govt Degree College Kathua ,DPO Kathua, PWD Colony & culminated at District Police Line Kathua. 

The event was flagged off together by DC Kathua Rajesh Sharma-JKAS and SSP Kathua  Mohita Sharma-IPS. They were accompanied by Addl. SP Kathua Rahul Charak -JKPS, DySP DAR  Kathua.

 Ritesh Sambyal, DySP Hqrs Kathua Ravinder Singh as well as other civil/police officers/officials. In the event of “RUN FOR UNITY”  approx. 350-400 students from different educational institutions of kathua district as well as police personnels/civil administration officers/officials participated with great fervour & enthusiasm.

The event culminated at District Police Line Kathua where senior officers highlighted the contribution of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in the Unity and Integrity of the Nation. The event culminated with the distribution of refreshments among the participants.
