Udhampur /Ghordi, October 29: As part of the ongoing celebrations marking the 150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Police Post Ghordi organized a debate competition at Ghordi Bazar on the theme “Life, Vision and Inspiration of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.”
The event was coordinated by the officers and officials of PP Ghordi and witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of the general public, who eloquently highlighted the life, achievements and contributions of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in unifying the nation and strengthening civil services.
Participants were also sensitized on vital issues including crime against women, cyber crimes and drug abuse and were encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the police.
The programme concluded with an appeal to uphold the values of harmony, equality and national integration as envisioned by the Iron Man of India.
