Srinagar July 27 :- The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has issued a comprehensive weather update for Jammu and Kashmir spanning from July 27 to July 31. On July 27, residents across many places can expect a spell of rain and thundershowers towards late afternoon into the evening, with weather conditions set to improve thereafter.
From July 28 to July 31, wet weather is expected to persist across both regions. In the Kashmir Division, most places will experience light to moderate spells of rain and thundershowers, alongside the possibility of brief, intense heavy showers in a few districts during early morning and late afternoon/evening hours.
Meanwhile, the Jammu Division is set to see light to moderate rainfall across most areas, with heavy to torrential showers likely in select districts. Notably, Udhampur and its adjoining areas are forecasted to experience heavy to very heavy rainfall during late night, early morning, and evening hours, with the peak monsoon activity expected between July 30 and July 31.
