KOLKATA, July 26 — Eastern Army Commander Lt Gen VMB Krishnan, alongside service personnel and tri-services veterans, paid tribute to fallen soldiers at Vijay Smarak in Vijay Durg, Kolkata, to commemorate Kargil Vijay Diwas.
A solemn wreath-laying ceremony was conducted to honor the courage, resolve, and supreme sacrifices made by armed forces personnel during the Kargil War.The gathering brought together active members of the military and veterans to pay homage to the heroes who gave their lives in the line of duty.
