Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi Reviews Operational Readiness at Gajraj Corps
GUWAHATI, June 21, 2026 — General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Army Staff, visited the Gajraj Corps to assess the formation’s operational preparedness and combat readiness.
During his visit, senior leadership briefed the army chief on the current security scenario, active operational deployments, and the existing surveillance architecture.
