Gorkha Training Centre and CISF Conduct Joint Security Training for Tactical Readiness
VARANASI, May 26, 2026 — The 39 Gorkha Training Centre and the Central Industrial Security Force conducted a focused joint training exercise to strengthen joint preparedness and tactical synergy.
The collaborative program was aimed at enhancing interoperability, operational integration, and overall combat readiness between the two forces.
The training schedule included the refinement of Quick Reaction Team drills, Close Quarter Battle firing, and urban counter-insurgency and counter-terrorism operations.
Participants also underwent rigorous endurance conditioning and received specialized exposure to drone operations and Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems.
The joint engagement enabled both forces to exchange best practices, sharpen tactical reflexes, and strengthen coordinated response capabilities.
