Srinagar NCC unity run promotes national integration along Dal Lake

SRINAGAR, May 24, 2026:- A five-kilometer National Cadet Corps Unity Run was organized today along the scenic Dal Lake stretching from Nishat Garden to the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre in Srinagar.

Held under the banner of Run With Pride – Run for India, the event was part of the ongoing Special National Integration Camp 2026.

Around 500 National Cadet Corps cadets from various parts of India participated in the run. The event aimed to showcase the spirit of unity in diversity, discipline, fitness, and patriotism among the youth.

Director General of National Cadet Corps Lieutenant General Virendra Vats flagged off the event, which highlighted national integration through physical fitness.
