UDHAMPUR, May 21, 2026 — In a major breakthrough under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyaan, the Court of Sub Judge Ramnagar has ordered the disposal of three vehicles seized during recent anti-narcotics operations.

The vehicles, which include a Toyota Glanza, a Hero Honda Glamour motorcycle, and a Honda Activa scooty, were confiscated by the Ramnagar police in connection with three separate drug trafficking cases registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Following the completion of all statutory legal formalities under Section 52-A of the NDPS Act, the court directed the competent Drug Disposal Committee to auction the seized property publicly.

According to the judicial directive, the total monetary proceeds generated from the upcoming public auction will be securely deposited into the government treasury, where the funds will remain held until the final legal disposal of the underlying criminal cases by the court.
