Army Public School Jabalpur students visit 506 Army Base Workshop to explore military technology and career opportunities

JABALPUR, May 17 — Students of Classes XI and XII from Army Public School No 1, Jabalpur visited the 506 Army Base Workshop for an enriching educational exposure tour designed to inspire young minds through defence exposure.

During the visit, the students were briefed on the vital role the workshop plays in sustaining the operational readiness of the Field Army through the repair, maintenance, and overhaul of critical equipment.

The students also toured various production groups, where they witnessed weapon systems ranging from small to large calibre and gained first-hand insight into advanced workshop processes and technical expertise.The young visitors displayed immense curiosity, enthusiasm, and high spirits throughout the duration of the educational tour.

Engaging directly with the technical environments and personnel inspired many students to explore future career paths within the Defence Forces and consider serving the nation with pride.
