India and Cambodia conclude joint military exercise CINBAX II 2026 in Kampong Speu

KAMPONG SPEU, May 17, 2026 :- The closing ceremony of the second edition of the joint military exercise CINBAX II 2026 between the Indian Army and the Royal Cambodian Army was held on May 16, 2026.

The bilateral event took place at the Techo Sen Phnom Thom Mreas Prov Royal Cambodian Air Force Training Centre in the Kampong Speu Province of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The defense exercise underscores joint coordination in the planning and execution of coordinated tactical operations within a sub-conventional and semi-urban environment.

Over the course of 14 days, both military contingents displayed a high degree of professionalism and commitment while executing a series of complex tactical drills.

The intensive training schedule culminated with a comprehensive validation exercise designed to test interoperability and shared strategic responses.

The successful completion of CINBAX II 2026 marks a significant step forward in strengthening bilateral military relations and fostering deeper security ties between the two nations.
