Jammu and Kathua Power Shutdown Scheduled for April 15: Check Affected Areas and Timings
JAMMU, APRIL 13:-The Chief Engineer (Distribution) of JPDCL, Jammu, has announced a scheduled power shutdown on April 15 to facilitate essential maintenance work.
Residents in Transport Nagar, Narwal, Railway Colony, Upper Chowadi, parts of Channi Himmat, Malik Market, Matto Colony, Bathindi, Sunjwan, Boria, and neighboring localities will experience a power outage from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Additionally, specific brief interruptions are expected in Bathindi, Sunjwan, and adjoining areas between 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM on the same day.
Furthermore, the Superintending Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL, O&M Circle Kathua, has notified that electricity supply to PHE Rakh, PHE Samba, and nearby areas will be suspended on April 15 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Residents in the Jakhbar, Badala, Prithichack, and adjoining sectors should also prepare for a series of outages scheduled for April 15, 17, 19, and 21, during which power will be affected from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Consumers are advised to plan accordingly for these temporary disruptions aimed at improving the regional power infrastructure.
